Matthew Zanardo has taken his knowledge and passion for helping people through financial advising by founding Northland Retirement Group. He currently serves as the Investment Advisors Representative and Midwest Regional Director of Accurate Wealth Management after starting Northland Retirement Group in 2002.

Laura Ferguson
Laura has been with Northland Retirement Group since 2010. She maintains the day to day operations in the office and coordinates with the staff to ensure the best results for our clients. When out of the office she looks forward to spending time with her four children and riding motorcycle with her husband.

Laurie Smith
Laurie joined our firm in 2017 and has been a valuable asset to the team. She helps prepare for client appointments and assists in submitting new business. She never shies away from a task, big or small. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and helping her husband restore John Deere tractors.

SHERRY SUTTON
Sherry is the owner and operator of Northland Financial Planning Services which she founded in 2006. Beginning her career with Prudential Financial in 1998, Sherry’s experience in finance has prepared her for life as an independent advisor. She brings an entrepreneurial spirit and logistical outlook to both the company and her clients.

Judy works part time and always walks through the door with a smile. She assists with the schedule and helps keep our files up to date. On days off she spends time with her husband and their energetic labradoodle, Emma.

Matt Zanardo
Matt started his business in 2002 with one small office. Now he helps families at every stage of life with their financial needs, and has three offices that serve clients in multiple states.
Matt says, “Every age brings financial challenges for my clients. When their kids are growing up, they’re concerned about paying for college without going into debt. When they’re older, they worry about what happens if one of them passes, leaving the other with just one Social Security check. I help fill in the gaps for people, and help them discover financial options they wouldn’t otherwise know about.”

Sherry brings nearly 20 years of experience to the team at Northland Retirement Group. The other half - some would say 'better' half - of Matt Zanardo, she plays an integral role for her clients and the business itself.
You can find Sherry on their farm,Chickadee Hills Homestead, when she's not in the office.
